Processing Time: Your order’s time of arrival is Processing Time Plus Shipping Time. All custom orders take between 3-4 weeks to be processed once artwork is approved. You will be alerted to products with additional production time. All custom products and packages need final art approval. Printing and Production time doesn’t begin until final art approval. Orders can take up to 3-5 days to ship within the continental United States.

Back Orders: Due to unexpected high demand, Partners In Learning may occasionally experience back orders for certain products. In those instances, you will be advised of the back order and expected ship date. You will not incur additional shipping charges for items from the same order that are shipped separately to the same address.

Tax Information: Sales tax will be added to orders shipped within the state of California. Any tax due will be determined based on the zip code entered in your shipping address, and the tax amount will be shown during the checkout process, before you submit the order.
